Beach House 3 has spacious living areas both inside and out suitable to accommodate everyone’s needs. Let the kids sprawl out and watch their favourite DVDs from the plasma wall screen TV located in the rumpus room on the first floor while the adults enjoy some time out on the upper floor with the TV and stereo.

The house comfortably sleeps 8 adults with four bedrooms, two on each level. An extra large bedroom with queen size bed is on the first floor and double bed in the other. On the second floor, one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds – perfect for the kids. Two trundle beds are also available but best to leave those for the little ones. All bedrooms have built-ins, set of drawers and ceiling fan for your convenience. There is even a porta-cot kept in the house if needed.

An automatic washing machine and dryer are located in the separate laundry room with an external clothes line on the deck off the laundry room. The house is fully screened and a sand shower is located at the bottom of the entrance stairs.
